On May 20th 2018, at Orient Belgrade, in the Temple of the Grand Lodge of Serbia, Honorable Lodge “Đorđe Vajfert 5995” organized the White Freemasonic Wedding Ceremony of Brother M.K. and Sisters M.K.
Since this is the first Freemasonic wedding organized under the protection of the Grand Lodge of Serbia, the wedding ceremony was led by the Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Serbia, Brother Zoran Knežević, together with the Officers of the Honorable Lodge “Đorđe Vajfert 5995”.
In front of the present Brothers and distinguished dignitaries, the pastMaster of the Honorable Lodge “Đorđe Vajfert 5995” Br. M.K. and Sister M.K. they swore fidelity to each other. In memory of this special day in their lives, the Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Serbia, Brother Zoran Knežević, presented the bride with a white rose, and the groom with the Charter of Great Fraternal Love, which was made especially for this occasion.
On behalf of the Federal Lodges that Work under the protection of the Grand Lodge of Serbia, the Worshipful Masters gave appropriate sermons and presented gifts to the newlyweds.
In a celebratory mood, the newlyweds continued their celebration with their guests with a cocktail at the Club of the Grand Lodge of Serbia.
The Freemasonic wedding ceremony actually represents a Freemasonic confirmation of a marriage already concluded in accordance with the governing norms of the Republic of Serbia.
